PASTA!

This recipe is so easy! I was craving Italian and of course its very difficult to eat out and get gluten and dairy free pasta. As you can see in my picture I put the ingredients I bought for the meal. I got gluten free brown rice pasta, you can find it in any organic area of the grocery store. I also found gluten free, no nitrates and no sugar added spicy chicken sausage. All I did was saute the onion, pepper, and sausage together over medium heat while the pasta was boiling. Then when everything was browned I added the sauce to the pan. I then added everything together and dinner is done! Very simple delicious meal and you can add whatever vegetable you would like.

  1. I did a scallop and shrimp pasta last night. Added asparagus, red bell pepper and artichoke. Sauce was garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon juice & zest. Not free but moving in that direction.
